Sending in your broken / defective headsets, wired intercoms, belt packs, communicators, ordertakers, base units, center modules, timers, battery chargers, printers, bump bars, registers, cash drawers, vehicle detection modules and surveillance digital recorders for repair to RFT is more than just a quick fix. RFT engineers have dedicated countless hours of research and development to strengthen and increase longevity (life span). Board Corrosion
Board corrosion may not cross your mind or be something you think about, but it’s one of the most damaging issues of why your equipment fails or becomes “unrepairable” (Customer’s equipment received as “defective or non-repairable” will have the option to purchase NEW equipment and receive a $100.00 credit. Customers who prefer refurbish equipment, when available, will receive a $25.00 credit). With ReNew+, RFT technicians are able to remove moisture and corrosion damage restoring the board to “as good as new” condition. This feature is exclusive to RFT and performed with EACH AND EVERY REPAIR at no additional cost the customer.
Should your equipment fail when you need it most, call us. With the RFT advance exchange program, we’ll send you a headset, belt pack, communicator, ordertaker, base unit, and/or battery charger NEXT DAY before 10 AM. Simply send us your broken equipment and keep ours. It’s just that EASY!
24-hour technical support is available 7 days a week. Most issues are resolved over the phone with a Level III service technician within 15 minutes of initial contact. More than 99% of technical support requests are related to programming issues. Online re-programming and registration instructions are available.
